About

Finka Table & Tap is chef Eileen Andrade's flagship restaurant, opened in 2014 in the Westchester area as the brick-and-mortar evolution of her CubanCube food truck. The menu fuses Cuban, Korean, and Peruvian influences, inspired in part by a formative trip Andrade took to South Korea, while its bar program was created by Bar Lab's Elad Zvi and Gabe Orta.
