Ariete is chef Michael Beltran's flagship restaurant in Coconut Grove, opened in 2016 and awarded a Michelin star for four consecutive years (2022-2025). The menu channels Cuban-American cuisine through fine-dining technique, with signature dishes including a tableside duck press and a reimagined Cuban sandwich served as a pithivier.
