Amelia's 1931
restaurant
About
Amelia's 1931 is a Cuban restaurant opened in late 2017 by chef Eileen Andrade in the Westchester/West Kendall area, named in honor of her grandmother Amelia, who ran restaurants in both Cuba and Miami. Andrade, whose family founded the well-known Cuban restaurant Islas Canarias, built Amelia's 1931 as a more elevated take on the Cuban diner concept she grew up around.
