Big Cypress Distillery is a craft spirits producer founded in 2015 by Miami-native cousins Mark Graham and Fernando Plata, along with an in-law, out of a shared passion for American craft whiskey and rum. Based in the Country Walk area of southwest Miami-Dade, the distillery's name pays homage to the founders' affinity for Everglades backcountry fishing and the outdoors.
