Amara at Paraiso is a waterfront restaurant by James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz, opened in 2017 in Edgewater's Paraiso district on Biscayne Bay. Schwartz has called it his "love letter to Miami," with a menu blending bold Latin American flavors and coastal ingredients served in a large dining room, designed by Meyer Davis Studio, that opens onto a bayfront deck.
