Biscayne Bay Brewing Co. is a craft brewery founded in Doral in 2012 by Jose Mallea and Nick Bonfiglio, with its original taproom opening there in 2016. The brewery later expanded with a flagship taproom inside Downtown Miami's historic Old Post Office building in 2019, becoming the first brewery with a presence in that district; that downtown location closed in November 2025 as the company plans a new brewery and beer garden near loanDepot Park.
