The Gibson Room

The Gibson Room is a cocktail bar and restaurant on Coral Way in Miami opened by chef Michael Beltran in 2022, transforming a longtime neighborhood beer-and-burger spot called The Mighty (which Beltran had grown up frequenting five blocks from his childhood home) into an upscale, speakeasy-styled lounge. It features nightly live music and vinyl, with a food menu overseen by chef Kris Huseby, Beltran's longtime collaborator from Michael Schwartz's Cypress Room.
