The Cleat

About
The Cleat is a waterfront restaurant and bar inside Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park on Key Biscayne's No Name Harbor, a natural anchorage whose quirky name dates to a 1950s mapping mix-up when surveyors simply labeled it "No Name Harbor" for lack of a real one. Opened by the Gonzalez family (Reina, David, and son Danny) after a COVID-delayed 2020 launch, it serves Cuban food and fresh seafood to boaters and visitors in a scenic harborside setting.
