Sugar is a rooftop bar and lounge atop the 40th floor of the EAST, Miami hotel in Brickell City Centre, making it one of Miami's highest rooftop venues. Designed by Studio Collective to evoke a lush Southeast Asian jungle in a nod to the EAST brand's Hong Kong origins, it features a hand-carved Balinese bar and serves Asian-inspired share plates alongside cocktails.
