Osumi Cocktail & Sushi Bar was a Japanese-American fusion restaurant that opened on Giralda Avenue in Coral Gables in April 2024, with a cocktail program developed in partnership with Andy Cabrera and Loiver Hernandez Crespo of The Garnish, the team behind Cafe La Trova's bar program. The restaurant closed in 2025, initially citing a temporary structural renovation, and its Giralda Avenue space is being taken over by another restaurant.
