Fritz & Franz Bierhaus is a German and Austrian restaurant and beer hall that has anchored Coral Gables' Merrick Way since 2002, making it South Florida's oldest continuously operating Bavarian-Austrian restaurant. Its dining room is styled after a traditional beer hall, with long communal tables and servers carrying steins, and it is home to the FC Bayern Munich fan club of South Florida.
