About

Koko is a Mexican restaurant and bar in Coconut Grove opened by Grupo Bakan, the team also behind Bakan in Wynwood and Madrid and Talavera Cocina Mexicana in Coral Gables. Set in a 6,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor space with a cacti garden, the concept centers on nixtamal, wood-fire cooking, and mezcal, with tortillas hand-pressed daily from organic corn imported from Oaxaca.
