Cafe La Trova is a Cuban-style cocktail bar in Little Havana opened in 2019 by veteran Cuban bartender Julio Cabrera alongside James Beard-winning chef Michelle Bernstein. Cabrera, a formally trained "cantinero" who came up through Havana's classic bar culture, designed the space and its showmanship-driven cocktail program to evoke the family-run bars of his youth in Cuba. The bar has repeatedly ranked among the World's 50 Best Bars and North America's 50 Best Bars.
