ViceVersa is an Italian aperitivo bar from bartender Valentino Longo, located in the lobby of the Elser Hotel in Downtown Miami. The menu centers on Italian spirits, amari, and vermouths served in traditional and reimagined cocktail formats alongside crudos, salads, and pizza, with decor inspired by early-20th-century Italian futurist spirits advertising; the bar was a 2025 James Beard Award finalist for Best New Bar.
