Kaori

About

Kaori is a Mediterranean-Asian-inspired restaurant that opened in 2021 inside SLS Lux Brickell as the debut concept from Umai Group, helmed by chef Fabrizio Garofolin. It followed an earlier, unrelated restaurant of the same name by "Million Dollar Chef" Walter Martino, which fused Italian and Japanese cuisine at a different Brickell address before closing.
